I was one of the recipients, needing to send in a brand new suppressor for repair and wait an additional three months. Some guys waited twice that long. I would avoid Dead Air until they get their situation straightened out. My only silencer before that was my YHM Resonator. Great can and I love it but the Sierra 5 is quite a bit smaller. It’s fairly gassy like you mentioned but on the 11.5 it has an adjustable gas block so that really tones it down. The 13.7 has a vltor buffer system and it’s not bad at all.
