Just an FYI: When an "error" (or code) occurs and the Service Engine Soon (or CHECK ENGINE) light comes on, the computer automatically disables Cruise. That's why it is blinking. A lot of auto-parts stores will check what code happened and can also clear the code for you.

Hello. Subaru has designed their vehicles to turn on the cruise control light when their is a problem with the power train system. This keeps you from using the cruise control when there is a problem. This means that there is a code set in the computers memory. The problem here is that you have 2 oxygen sensors.
